You are invited for Silverfonic’s album launch party at Commune Gallery in Bedstuy this Saturday afternoon. Its a chill atmosphere, there will be 2 listening sessions from 3-4 and 5-6. 420 friendly and casual atmosphere. You will be surrounded by art and great people.
The album “System Obsolete” Influences range from the likes of Oriental Jazz maestro Ziad Rahbany and Funk’s legend Cashmire Stage Band to the Godfather of Deep House Larry Heard and sci-fi novels such as Snow Crash by Neil Stephenson. And was recorded Between Bushwick and Beirut over a span of ten years and released a few days ago as the full circle comes to a close.
