A wholesome hang..
On Tuesday 20th December we get together at brand new Peckham joint SET Social (ran by the excellent @setsetsetsetsetset!) for one last opportunity to gather friends, give hugs, get fed and set some unrealistic resolutions before the year is out.
The vibe is cosy! SET is a big, beautiful town hall of sorts, tucked away just off Rye Lane. It’s a DIY space with pool tables, sofas and deliciously cheap drinks, including cocktails, mulled wine and everyone’s favourite ~ eggnog.
We’re raising funds for Shelter to hopefully help keep some folk less fortunate warm this winter ~ proceeds from the door and raffle will be donated. Yes we said raffle… and it’ll be stacked with local treats and eats.
South East London’s pasta queen @naughty__nonna will be providing a big pot of fresh spaghetti to fill everyone’s bellies. Every ticket includes a bowl.
We’re blessed to have an array of much loved and respected selectors playing vinyl all night. Head to @animali_parti_ to get the low down on the line up.

It will be festive… homemade mince pies, decorations, resolution writing and other seasonally appropriate offerings.

animali is a space to let loose, be silly, be welcome. animali will always encompass music, visual arts, interactivities and free treats, encouraging people to connect with each other and their creative selves.
SET Social is a members club (for licensing purposes), and although you do not need to become a member to attend this event, we strongly encourage you to sign up and support your new local grassroots venue. Membership is only £8 a year, and payable on your first visit (not including animali!). The SET website is linked below.
