Long-time Watergate resident DJ and Producer Matthias Meyer is coming to London on February 11th for the launch party of ‘ Emotive Transit’ , the new event series launched by London based djs/ producers Urmet K and Ideology.
Matthias Meyer regularly graces the decks at leading venues and festivals around the world , including House of Yes, New York, Brooklyn Mirage ,Stereo Montreal, Rex Paris, Miami Do Not Sit On The Furniture, Ibiza’s Hï, Amnesia, Lio, Chinoi and Akasha clubs.
As a highly in-demand selector, Matthias Meyer’s DJ sets showcase his unique style which ranges from uplifting and orchestral, to deep and hypnotic tribal grooves.
Matthias Meyer’s productions and remixes have featured on an array of respected labels including Bedrock, Do Not Sit on The Furniture, Renaissance Radiant and include a No.1 release on Watergate Recordings in the Beatport Indie Dance category winter 2021.
Having launched his own label, Strangely Enough, in 2020 with the sumptuous ‘Strangely Enough EP, Matthias Meyer delivered the highly original and powerful revisits of the debut release on 29 July 2022, with emotional and powerful remixes from acclaimed producers and friends Guy Mantzur & Tamir Regev, Amine K, Urmet K, and Forty Cats.
