Currently Roman is running Mad Hatter-HRD Recordings USA/UK. Heating up the Back Room:
JIMMY HOFFA
Harvard St. Mafia
http://ihatehoffa.com/bio.html
While the rest of the world is still looking for Jimmy Hoffa, the Northwest knows what's up.
Jimmy Hoffa is accomplished producer, DJ and promoter from Seattle. Born in San Jose, Jimmy relocated to Seattle in '97 and connected with Truskool & USC Events before the formation of Harvard $t. Mafia. This local legend is responsible for many memorable moments in Seattle's electronic music history: H$M shows (Fuckin' Rawkus, Ghetto Olympics & trading cards, Lights in the Sky & Holla! series), over 600 live DJ performances including his seminal 2X4 with Donald Glaude, distribution of eight mix tapes and over a dozen live recorded performances... and a handful of VIP remixes you can hear on his latest Juke mix tape, iBang. His ear for originality and combination of relentless energy and grimey undertones will have you bouncing and makin' your nasty face! While he's stayed true to the sounds of Chicago, its not uncommon you'll hear: Dub/Grime, Booty House/Juke, Techno/Jump/Schranz, DnB/Hip-Hop and Electro/Fidget/Bassline. With two sets rarely alike, his performances are not to be missed.
As his name suggests, this guy doesn't fuck around.
