Originally from the western part of Georgia, now based in the capital, Giorgi Pipia is known for his natural hunger to explore diversity in music by selecting tracks with different cultural backgrounds. Giorgi’s practice veers between DJing in nightclubs and hosting a regular radio show on 'Rinse FM' where his attraction to experiment is sincerely initiated at all times.
Mariami
Now based in the vibrant city of Cologne, Mariami is part of the Brutalism Label, a collective of artists who share her zeal for music with. Born and raised in Tbilisi, she was exposed to a wide range of music from a young age.
Her sound is defined by an organic texture, enriched by the warm tones of tape delays, and characterized by powerful basslines inspired.
Mariami’s approach to music is all about diversity, and she does not believe in dividing music into categories. Her gigs are an expression of this philosophy, and she delivers a dynamic and cohesive performance that takes her audience on a journey. Her sets are expertly curated, building up to peak-time moments of driving, raw, hypnotic, and rhythmic sounds that are guaranteed to keep the dance floor shaking.
Levente
Levente is based in Berlin. He has been active in the music and club scene of Hamburg and Berlin for many years, has a residency at Golden Pudel and counts himself a regular at Berlins nightlife scene. He is also active at HÖR and the previously mentioned radio show 'Cricket Talk' on Mutant Radio in Tbilisi. If you think that's it, you're wrong. As part of SCHULVERWEIS together with L.F.T. he can also be seen live on stage and releases solo on Sameheads, Osàre Editions as well as LAP.
Left Bank is a community space and nightclub located on the left bank of Tbilisi. Our venue features two indoor dancefloors, as well as an outdoor space complete with its own DJ booth and outdoor bar.
