A TRIP THROUGH ELECTRONIC MUSIC THAT INFLUENCED THE FUTURE
I’ve always loved the music that influenced and shaped what later became acid house or techno, the music that still to this day influences what we listen and dance to.
Expect a trip through the darker side of electronic music, from the late 1950's through to contemporary electronic dance music of today that continues to inspire my own productions.
The name Leatherette is influenced or taken from a legendary night in Northern Ireland called “Leather Apron” which ran from the mid 80’s to the early 90’s, the flyer is a nod to places like “Jules” that ran from 1979 - 1982.
