This is the debut show for Sian & Burko's collaborative duo 'Sian & Burko', with recent releases on Yotto's 'Odd One Out' record label and Sian's 'Octopus Recordings.'
Born in Ireland and raised in Spain, a rule breaking musician, DJ, visual artist, and label owner, Sian now calls the sun-drenched metropolis of Los Angeles his home. Infamous for delivering sweat-soaked, hypnotic shows, and prolific music releases on his legendary label, Octopus Recordings, hisbold aesthetic now burns deep into the collective psyche of electronic music. His unique sound hastaken him around the globe, demonstrating unmistakable energy to packed dance-floors worldwide. A distinctive vision whichhas resulted in a very unique following, with his radio show and online streams reaching millions offans. Sian’s otherworldly slant on music has consistently hit the dance charts hard, garneringpraise from the likes of Billboard, Mixmag, Dancing Astronaut, Forbes, DJ Mag, LA Weekly, HuffingtonPost, and more. His productions for labels like Diynamic, Octopus, Cocoon, and Drumcode, plus remixes for the likes of Jan Blomquist, Hi-Lo / Oliver Heldens, and Deadmau5, have cemented hisunique place between the underground and the mainstream.
San Diego-based producer Burko has taken over the SoCal scene by storm with his uniquely dark-yet melodic style of house and techno. Beginning his production journey only a few years ago, Burko’s music has been picked up and played by many established DJ’s including Deadmau5, David Guetta, Vintage Culture, Steve Aoki, Above & Beyond, Lane 8, Kyle Watson, Kevin de Vries, Konstantin Sibold, Gorgon City, and Maya Jane Coles. Most recent collaborations include “Letting Go” with SNBRN on Ultra Records, "Vertigo" with Autograf via Armada Records, an EP with Speaker Honey on 'mau5trap,' and an EP on Yotto's Label 'Odd One Out' with Sian, with more releases coming on 'Armada' and 'mau5trap.’
