For our second installment of Zero in 2010 we bring you Kevin Cook.. After kicking off the Zero Podcast back in March with and awesome mix, we thought we should bring him all the way from the clubbing capital of Europe that is Ibiza to the UK. Also kicking off their new residency for Zero we have the 4Play DJ's plus support from residents Jay Sanders & Wayward.
Kevin Cook (The Runners)
As one half of The Runners, he has had a string of strong releases over the past few years having tracks being signed to well respected labels such as Berlin based label Dirt Crew, Nima Gorji's Welt Recordings and Nina Music. Their productions have been gaining plays by some of the worlds biggest DJ's such as Luciano, Derrick May, Ben Watt, Jimpster, Shonky, Gorge, Smokin Jo and more. As a solo artist he is also currently working alongside Nima Gorji and will see yet more releases featuring on the Welt imprint with a forthcoming EP.
Having had an extensive 10 year DJ career Kevin is becoming hot property on the ever hedonistic island of Ibiza. Over the season he will be playing at the newly established event "Welt Recordings presents Kevin Cook and Friends" @ El Club, which will feature himself and regular guest DJ's showcasing their sounds. Add to this he has recently become a resident for the hugely popular Zoo Project where the raving takes place in a dissused Zoo and also playing regularly at Ibiza Underground, another up and coming venue on the island. Not only featuring in Ibiza he has been booked to play at gigs all over the UK and right across Europe in places such as Berlin, Venice, Dubai and Sonar Festival in Barcelona. This young artist is pressing all the right buttons and building a reputation as his move into production begins to show the flip side of his talents.

4PLay DJ's
The Torquay based collective that have really been making waves in the scene over the past few years, they have landed gigs in that time at clubs and events such asThe End and Ministry of Sound in London, Minus @ Tne Q Club in Birmingham, Just Jack and Play in Bristol and also in Ibiza at Bora Bora. in the coming months they return to Ibiza with several Flawless tours lined up at some the best clubs on the island. This year has already seen seen the guys billed alongside some major artists like Richie Hawtin, Magda, James Zabiela, Mark Broom, Claude Von Stroke, Dyed Soundorom and more.
