The First Day of Woodbridge Festival's annual weekend in Elmhurst Park takes place on Friday 1 September and Woodbridge's ascending alt. pop uber hip chick, Caswell, is headlining.
This is the FIRST year to have two days in the park and it follows Wednesday's sell out Aswad gig.
Joining Caswell will be US dance chart top 10 remixer Nathan X, feted Sun Cutter troubadour Kevin Pearce, First Light Festival 'New Dawn' top act Chloe Lupton, London/ Suffolk based party starters Head Funk, Jazz funk virtuosos Latin Heat, local folk and singer song writers Charlie Law and Ellie Tree ... and there's more to be announced.
Then on Saturday 2 September more national and international acts play plus the festival's large eco zone, art area, kids zone and spoken word areas will be joined by a brand new wellness area featuring massages, workshops and talks.
Tickets are available for one or two days, with £5 Friday, £16 Saturday and £20 weekend tickets available in advance. Tickets on the door £10 Friday and £20 Saturday.

The festival's in its eleventh year and for the first time expands to two days in Elmhurst Park after being awarded funding by East Suffolk Council, as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund initiative.

- National and local acts celebrate Windrush 75 at events in Suffolk and London from June - August
- Acts playing include Aswad, Jazzie B, A Man Called Adam, Ben Osborne, Caswell, Chris Coco, Jimi K-Tel (Sancho Panza), Nathan X , Ipswich Sound systems Freedom, RastaYard, Turbo and more.
- Anchors Aweigh - the arts trail involving 12 Anchors made by 12 Community Groups. A project created by the artist Alice Stallard, the community groups who decorated an anchor include Dora Brown, Jetty Lane, Just42, Aspire Black Suffolk, Suffolk ArtLink, Woodbridge Art Club, Woodbridge Memory Café, Woodbridge Prep School, Woodbridge Primary School, Woodbridge Festival and 5th Woodbridge Sea Scout Squirrels.
- Projections on historic Tide Mill and Windrush Art Trail Exhibtion feature the ‘lost’ 1962 Windrush photographs by Howard Grey and contempoary ‘Black Suffolk’ portraits by John Ferguson, across nine venues.
- Free Audio Visual and Art workshops throughout summer
- Sturday 26 August Pre Carnival Celebration of sound system culture and London Launch party celebrating 40 years since Aswad recorded Live and Direct at Notting Hill Carnival, in London using unique state of the art 3D L Acoustics sound system at EartH in Hackney.
