What can we say.... Brian Kage has not only released his own well known tracks globally for more than 2 decades but has had his fingerprints on almost every big dance track to come from Detroit for the same period of time through his mastering services. To say he is prolific would not do justice to his impact on not only dance music in Detroit but his impact globally. He has continuously lifted artists he has worked with by elevating the sound quality of the records they intend to put out to the world. He is a shadow... a myth... a humble purveyor of the sound... a passionate but dedicated soul in this tumultuous world of underground dance music. Tonight we honor the man who has given so much to further the deep sound of Detroit globally.
