6AM and CommonSense Records join forces to bring an unreleased edition of Techno Friday Nacht, headed by a colossal figure of the Techno scene.
The most important Techno platform and promoter on the west coast of the United States, which comes together from Los Angeles to continue the celebration of its 15th anniversary in the first official residency in CDMX, Techno Friday Nacht.
Alexis Berumen: Producer, musician and DJ. Born in Mexico City, Alexis (AKA Sim0nimo) started his way as a DJ at the age of twelve and as a producer at the age of fifteen. What started as a simple hobby, developed a new and fresh sound that later would be the signature of Sim0nimo. The only way to describe the sound it’s by the influences of genres in his work, genres as Funk, UK garage, UK funk, Techno, House, Deep house, Jazz, and Blues.
JIA: Since Summer of 2006, JIA, the Island boy from Guam has been pushing the boundaries of House & Techno 6,100 miles away from Home. A regular at some of LA’s most recognized venues and parties; JIA always strives to deliver fresh and unexpected sounds during his sets. JIA is considered by many of his peers to be the frontier of Guam’s current Electronic Music movement and is determined to positively shape the Island’s view of the music, scene, and culture; one beat at a time.
Jonny Maven: DJ and entrepreneur who has been involved in the electronic music industry for over a decade. He is currently the Shop Department Director and Brand Manager for 6AM, a leading rave fashion brand. Jonny's passion for electronic music and rave culture is evident in everything he does. He is committed to creating products and experiences that celebrate the unique spirit of the underground scene. As a DJ, he aims to bring people together through the power of music and art.
Regal: One of the leading figures in today's Techno scene. His eclectic style draws from various influences within electronic music, incorporating elements of trance and acid, which keeps it constantly evolving. He is the founder of the Involve, his record label, and has released music on others such as Figure, Enemy, and BPitch, not to mention his appearances at clubs like Berghain and the Awakenings festival.
Regal will be headlining Techno Friday Nacht on December 15th.
