Nippachi Festival 2023, a free music event limited to 100 people, will be held on November 25-26 on Miyako Island, Okinawa Prefecture.
In its second year, 2023 will be a two-day event.
On the first day, the festival will feature a live performance by Iti Iti, who has released many albums on many overseas labels, including Berlin's Horo, and has appeared at BerlinAtonal for four years in a row, as well as participating in the latest compilation by London-based Half Step / Experimental Bass Music label Diffrent Music. Itti, whose sets have been a hit overseas, and Velocity and Aya, core members of Japan's leading Drum'n'Bass label Human Elements, will perform.
On the second day, SuG's Takeru, who just finished his first national tour in six years, GOMESS, who is attracting attention as a "rapper living with autism" after winning second place at the 2nd High School Rap Championship, and Aya, who is a representative of the electro movement that swept the world music scene in the late 2000s, will perform. DJ MAAR is recognized as the Asian representative of the electro movement that swept the world music scene in the late 2000s, and Maozon, the creator of the 56th Japan Record Award-winning R.Y.U.S.E.I. / J Soul Brothers III, will be among the artists representing each scene at the event.
The event is open to everyone free of charge, and the official website is accepting applications for participation until the capacity is reached.

100人限定の無料音楽イベント「ニッパチ祭 2023」が沖縄県宮古島で、11月25日〜26日に開催される。
2年目の開催となる2023年は、2日間の開催となる。
1日目には、ベルリンのHoroを始め多くの海外レーベルからリリースを重ね、BerlinAtonalに4年連続で出演ENAや、ロンドンのHalf Step / Experimental Bass MusicレーベルDiffrent Musicの最新コンピに参加し、LIVEセットが海外でも話題のItti、そして日本を代表するDrum'n'BassレーベルであるHuman Elementsの中心メンバーであるVelocityとAyaが出演。
2日目には、6年ぶりの全国ツアーを終えたばかりのSuGの武瑠をはじめ、第2回高校生ラップ選手権準優勝を機に“自閉症と共に生きるラッパー”として注目されるGOMESS、2000年代後半に世界の音楽シーンを席巻したエレクトロムーブメントのアジア代表として認知されているDJ MAAR、第56回日本レコード大賞受賞R.Y.U.S.E.I. / 三代目 J Soul Brothersを手掛けたMaozonなど、各シーンを代表するアーティストが一堂に会する。
誰でも無料で参加できるイベントで、公式Webサイトでは定員に達するまで参加申込を受け付けている。
