Start 2024 with a bang at the official Lost Paradise Afterparty starring DJ Heartstring, Ewan McVicar, Loods, Troy Beman, Sily Lilly and JK Rolling on NYD, January 1. Deep breath: let’s get into it...
One of Europe’s hottest dance exports, German duo DJ Heartstring make their much-anticipated return to Sydney/Eora on January 1. Riding high on a seemingly endless studio hot streak and winning fans around the world with their energetic, euphoric and Eurodance-indebted DJ sets (their AVA x Boiler Room stream is a must-watch), heartstrings will certainly be pulled when they touch back down this New Years Day.
Next up: Scotland’s big-hearted and much-loved superstar-in-the-making, Ewan McVicar. From Glastonbury to Machester’s Warehouse Project, the ‘Groove Thang’ and ‘Tell Me Something Good’ producer returns to the LS-decks for an emphatic round three of dancefloor mayhem.
Longtime Steel City Dance Disc-associate and purveyor of timeless and thumping club records, Australia’s own Loods also joins the bill. Boasting a slew of ‘Essential Tune’ and ‘Hottest Record’ accolades for his efforts in the studio and wielding all manner of disco-groovers, noughties anthems and pure peak time bombs in the booth, Loods is a dance legend in the making set to make your year.
Our NYD celebrations would not be complete without some of our favourite LS residents in Troy Beman, Silly Lily and JK Rolling in support. And because no one likes getting up early after a big NYE, our official Lost Paradise Afterparty runs at the NYD-friendly times of 6pm - 3am.
