Dis0rientalizing, a party for BIPOC and queer clubgoers centering artists from the SWANASA and AAPI diaspora in Lenapehoking, returns with a fresh lineup of artists with roots spanning from Palestine to the Philippines. The theme is inspired by Edward Said’s book ‘Orientalism’ as the party’s name serves as a collective joke to allude to the disorienting nature of global politics and Western xenophobia.
