The independent music and arts mini-festival ‘Under One Roof’ will see its very first edition take place at De Sering in Amsterdam on 2-3 March 2024, in collaboration with Amsterdam label South of North and London sound collective Formant Soundsystem.
Presenting a selection of musicians across the spectrum with a focus on live performance and experimental sonic arts, bass and open minded dance with a sound system lean.
‘Under One Roof’ is intended as an alternative environment for like-minded artists who don’t usually perform on the same bill. It’s a self-funded DIY collaboration with De Sering, a people’s kitchen and community centre that’s host to workshops, parties and an experimental restaurant.
‘Under One Roof’ will redecorate the whole venue with various visual installations. A merch stand with exclusive works will also be setup. The aim is to present an alternative dynamic to the classic commercial club setting.
The mini-festival sees associated artists from a variety of disciplines and countries gather for Saturday night and all day Sunday. Check the line-up for the full list of artists.
