SOUP presents: Minor Science, 96 Back, Zuri
The first SOUP presents club night of 2024 is here with the heralded vet’ of wig-out tackle Minor Science, bolstered by the equally erratic sounds of 96 Back and Zuri.
MS’ propensity for brittle-yet-tender melodies pitched against a gnarled and puckered bassline is evidenced across a discography (mostly) nestled into the highlights of the Whities/AD93 back catalogue. His mixes, similarly broad in their scope of influence, demonstrate his flair for uptempo intricacies that feel masterfully balanced between boisterous and fragile - but if you don’t believe us then just buy a ticket.
96 & Big Z couldn’t be better suited to support; both deftly equipped to shell out the type of set that doesn’t work on paper but will wriggle your socks off and have you feeling glad to be rid of them by the time you’re done dancing. Get goaded by the goats into a barefoot bonanza.
