Impelling Techno on our Blitz Floor with Glaskin, Nur Jaber, SALOME & Quelza and discerning cuts at the Junction of Techno and House on our PLUS floor form queer party specialists Bashkka, Fafi Abdel Nour and Partok!
Tonight is all about the feeling when our resident brothers Glaskin and Beirut-born Techno-Institution Nur Jaber take over our Blitz Floor with their eclectic and impelling sound. Strapping or subtle, atmospheric or sharp, Ferdinand and Jonathan Böckelmann know how to model their sound for maximum impact on the dancefloor, whereas Nur Jaber has a multitude of musical and cultural experiences up her sleeve, that have shaped her sometimes energetic then again uber-dreamy selections. They are joined by young gun Quelza, who has carved out a unique sonic identity within the Parisian electronic scene by blending unconventional clarity and cinematic soundscapes in his releases, as well as Herrensauna-Resident SALOME, who just recently relocated from Georgia to Berlin with a multifaceted, unruffled sound in her pocket, that ranges from electro to acid to trance.
Our very own party-starter Bashkka seduces us from the booth again with her immersive techno and house that brings some of NYC’s ballroom flair onto our Plus floor tonight.
She is joined by Partok, Tel Aviv’s Partok, a key figure of Tel Aviv’s night life albeit being based in Berlin nowadays. Famous for his own queer and off-location partys as well as his residency at The Block, his sets fuse percussive elements with spherical twists, always keeping the crowd on its toes with a pinch of mystery and loads of funk.
Last but not least, Fafi Abdel Nour, who has earned a reputation within the community with his queer club nights at OOST in Groningen and his own spellbinding sets, plays his own part in reinforcing community and representation within the scene. Oscillating between melodic passages, house infected body music and enchanted breakbeats with a distinctive sense of narrative and technical finesse, Fafi’s selections build bridges between different sounds and times.
Our artists on the bill for the night cover multitudes of musical and spacial dimension, yet each and everyone of them proves in their own way, that no matter where you’re from and where you’re at, love is the message and allowing yourself to feel is the way to go.

Glaskin, Nur-Jaber, SALOME & Quelza drehen die Techno-Regler auf unserem BLITZ Floor bis zum Anschlag hoch, wohingegen Bashkka, Fafi Abdel Nour und Partok feinsinnige Cuts zwischen Techno und House auf unseren PLUS Floor zelebrieren.
Unsere Resident-Brüder Glaskin und die Beiruter Techno-Institution Nur Jaber treiben den Blitz Floor mit ihren exoterischen Grooves an. Ferdinand und Jonathan Bockelmann haben die Kunst des Crowd Readings bis ins Detail studiert und holen mit ihren mal kräftig und scharfen, mal subtil und atmosphärischen Klängen das Meiste aus unserem Dancefloor heraus. Nur Jaber hat ebenso viele musikalische und kulturelle Asse in ihrem Ärmel, die sie gekonnt in ihre treibenden wie hypnotisierenden Sets einbaut. Sie teilen sich das Parkett mit Quelza, der sich innerhalb der Pariser Elektro-Szene mit seiner unkonventionellen Handhabung glasklarer und cineastischer Sounds einen Namen gemacht hat, sowie SALOME und ihren vielseitigen Sets, die mühelos von Electro, zu Acid und Trance mit reichlich Breakbeats springen.
Auf unserem PLUS-Floor verführt Bashkka uns mit hinreißendem Techno, House und dem Flavour der queeren Balloom-Szene New York Citys, die ihren Sound maßgeblich geprägt hat.
Partok und Fafi Abdel Nour sind ebenso tief verflochten in das queere Nachtleben ihrer Heimatstädte. Partok hat sich mit seinen perkussiven Cuts und sphärischen Twists in Tel Aviv wie auch in Berlin einen Namen gemacht, während Fafi Abdel Nour für seine Community-orientierten queer Events im OOST in Groningen und seine eigenen dramaturgisch und technisch raffinierten Sets bekannt ist, die mit spielerischer Leichtigkeit Brücken zwischen melodischen Passagen, House-infizierter Bodymusic und fesselnden Breakbeats schlagen.
So unterschiedlich die Künstler*innen heute Abend in ihren musikalischen Eigenarten auch sein mögen, so ähnlich sind sie sich auch in ihren Grundsätzen: egal, woher ihr kommt und wo ihr gerade seid, Love Is The Message!
