Their performance follows a live set by Selofan―two prominent figures of the Athenian synthwave scene―and an opening DJ set by the dynamic funky female duo ZonetoZone.
On the Upper Stage of the Onassis Stegi, Širom’s avant-garde folk unravels next to “twisted” traditional sounds by Anna Vs June and electro vibes by Veslemes.
In the Exhibition Space –1, the temperature skyrockets due to the cerebral rap of Athens-based Right Clique and the bravado-filled R&B and hip hop sounds of XAΡΑ & EXPE, the hip hop sounds of the prolific MC Pink Siifu, the “twisted” dance music of Upsammy, the fast-paced rhythms of the Greek DJ Pink.wav and the eclectic avant garde and synth selections of Retrograde Days.
At the Foyer +4 Mamorinos Sebgo discusses with Eirini Antonarakou on issues of integration and education of refugees and migrants in Greece, Black Athena talks with Kostas Maronitis on football culture, and the team of Entropia Records dubs the space with their live radio broadcast.
Finally, the Upper Stage hosts the screenings of the films "Signs of Empire," "Images of Nationality," and "Handsworth Songs" by the Black Audio Film Collective.
