2024年2月、都会のネオンの海に浮かぶ凛とした一夜、新プロジェクト No Doubt Information がスタートする。
その記念すべき第1回には、精巧かつ徹底したプロダクション、技術で世界のダンサーを魅了し、国内では Rainbow Disco Club、rural でのプレイが記憶に新しい Wata Igarashi がWOMB 23rd ANNIVERSARY ぶりに登場。
他にもメインフロアには、独自の時代の先端を行く選曲でアンダーグラウンドシーンにおいて絶大なカリスマ性を誇る Mustache X とダンスへのミニマルなアプローチで浮遊感を演出し若手屈指の正確なグルーヴキープが光る Luca という、誰もが予想できない、ダンスミュージックの新しい扉が開きそうな共演が花を飾る。
また、代官山 Saloon にて音響を担当し、その確かな耳と長野県白馬で培ったグルーヴ感を持ち味としたインダストリアルでミニマルな選曲が輝くMUKASA が初登場。
1F には、シカゴハウス、イタロディスコ、80s'シンセディスコを得意とし、神戸を拠点にミステリアスで繊細な選曲でグローバルな活躍を見せる Pixie、ミニマル、ハウス、テクノを軸としつつジャンルをクロスオーバーした選盤で独自のグルーヴを紡ぎ出し、渋谷 Koara におけるパーティ探心音のレジデントを務める tzbasa が久しぶりの登場。
他にも、デトロイト、シカゴなどのダンスグルーヴを独自の配置により再解釈したプレイで誘惑する Itou や Million Dollar Sounds のメンバーであり、ジャンルレスなストックの根本にサイケデリックな音への探究心が垣間見える Matchan が登場する。
4F には、フロアの温度を吸収しながら異色な楽曲もスムーズに繋ぎ合わせ、如何なる現場でもその持ち味である緻密でありながらアヴァンギャルドな選曲を見せる ELLIE ARAKAWA、一切妥協のない精緻なグルーヴ構築で玄人筋から絶大な信頼を寄せる Wada Yosuke、アンビエントを基調とした独自の角度から繰り出すディープテクノが特徴的な UG と、一切妥協のないラインナップが出揃った。
ミニマル、インダストリアル、デトロイト、アシッド、シンセサイザー、華麗且つ繊細でありながら黒く人間味溢れる音。そして何処か未来都市の脈動のようなアンダーグラウンドダンスミュージックの世界へ。
In February 2024, on a dignified night in a sea of urban neon lights, the new project No Doubt Information will begin.
For that memorable first edition, Wata Igarashi, whose elaborate and thorough production and techniques have attracted dancers from around the world and whose performance at Rainbow Disco Club and rural are still fresh in the minds of local audiences, will appear for the first time since the WOMB 23rd ANNIVERSARY. The main floor will be also graced by Mustache X, who boasts a charismatic presence in the underground scene with his unique and cutting-edge music selection, and Luca, whose minimalist approach to dance creates a sense of floating and whose precise groove-keeping is among the best of the younger generation.
MUKASA, who is a sound engineer at Saloon in Daikanyama, will also make his first appearance, bringing with him a solid ear and a sense of groove cultivated in Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture, for his industrial and minimalist music selections.
On the 1st floor, Pixie, who is based in Kobe and specializes in Chicago house, Italo disco, 80s synth disco with a mysterious and subtle selection of music, and tzbasa, who spins his own groove with a selection of minimal, house, and techno based music that crosses over genres and is the resident at Koara in Shibuya, will make their first appearance in a while.
On the 4th floor, the uncompromising lineup includes ELLIE ARAKAWA, who absorbs the temperature of the floor and smoothly combines different music, showing her signature precise yet avant-garde song selection at any site; Wada Yosuke, whose uncompromisingly precise groove construction has won him great trust among professionals; and UG, whose deep techno from a unique angle based on ambient music is distinctive.
Minimal, industrial, Detroit, acid, synthesizer, brilliant and delicate, yet black and human sound. And then, it will take you to somewhere in the world of underground dance music like the pulsation of a futuristic city.
