City Splash, aka THE HOME OF CULTURE, are bringing you this brand new Amapiano party to unite, connect, and celebrate the thriving African music scene in London.
We're teaming up with some serious vibe setters & riddim makers in the scene to bring you the best night of Amapiano, Afrobeats, and Afro-dance vibes:
LINE UP:
Rosey Gold is a London-based, South African, International Amapiano Artist and DJ, who has performed across the globe. She is known for her authentic blends of Amapiano and House music from the Southern African diaspora. She is respected within her craft and has shared the stage with leading international artists like Black Coffee, Tyler ICU, Kelvin Momo, Costa Titch, Oxlade, Uncle Waffles, DJ Maphorisa and many more.
European305 hail from North London and this DJ/Production trio are the latest group to enter the Dance scene with their Funkyama fusion sound. Equally inspired by the Amapiano movement in South Africa and the House and Funky house scene in the UK, E305 have been steadily building up a buzz since their formation in Summer 2020.
A.K is an artist and DJ specialising in African electronic sounds, known for her heavy loaded drums, melodic and ancestral sounds. Having worked with the likes of Juls and Dankie Sound to name a few, she has worked hard to make herself an acclaimed artist.
Village Cuts are a dynamic DJ / Producer duo from London. Their wizardry in combining elements of Afro House, UK Funky, Amapiano and Afrobeats have led them to ignite dancefloors at venues and festivals around Europe and East Africa such as Glastonbury, We Out Here, Secret Garden Party, and many more! With a monthly residency on Soho Radio and features on radio stations such as BBC1Xtra, 6Music, Worldwide FM, NTS, Jazz FM and more - Village Cuts are committed to promoting underground movements in global club music.
