SHOOK Crew is excited to announce SHMEERE 11 featuring US Dubstep star CODD DUBZ on Friday 1st March at Tokyo Sing Song, King street (5min walk from Newtown train station).
CODD DUBZ is an undeniable legend amongst the bass music community. He is renowned for his ‘no-holds-barred’ high energy live sets, and with an arsenal of effortlessly chopped doubles, triples and crafty mashups in his bag of tricks, he leaves a trail of destruction in his path, converting scores of witnesses into hardcore fans, affectionately becoming part of his loyal “Chop Mob” following. He has released music on revered labels such as Never Say Die, Disciple Round Table, Circus Records, Subsidia, Buygore and more. You've probably seen his name on big international festival lineups like Lost Lands and now we are lucky to have him here all the way from the USA to perform for us in Sydney.
We are also lucky to have UK Drum & Bass queen GEORGIE RIOT performing for us. She is a phenomenal DJ, producer and curator of bass record label Riot Records. Georgie has released music on huge labels such as UKF, Atlantic and Viper and regularly performs at the biggest festivals and venues around the world. She is known for her creative double drops, fast pace mixing and energetic live performances and we can't wait to hear what she has in store for us at SHMEERE.
