SYPHEN is a celebration of performance, an experimental hardcore and ambient night focusing on the duality of sound and the relation between the two genres.
Oscillating between extremities, the harder, more abrasive room creates intense soundscapes within and around the hard dance genres, visually represented by the tumultuousness of storms and the cataclysmic nature of water. The softer, 'ambient' room creates gentler soundscapes where the audience is sat...visually represented by the peacefulness and the nurturing nature of water.
