House music label Ascension on Wax pushing that true house music spirit. Bringing things back to basics when people went to club nights simply to enjoy the music. The foundations of AoW were the Berlin Ascension parties starting in 2019. Originating as a private group of friends & friends of friends Ascension remains an underground grass roots event presenting house music with a 1990’s US east coast flavour.
We’re excited to return to our new spiritual home M01 for our 8th edition. As our special guest we have one of Berlin’s finest dee-jays, Jana Falcon, bringing her distinct sound flavours. Be it DJing, producing or cutting vinyl records, her tireless passion for the scene has made her one of Berlin’s most sought after talents. Having been lucky enough to share the DJ booth with her, she is both a top shelf selectah & an uplifting personality. You’re in for a real treat!
Rounding things off, residents Ascension on Wax (Lavan & Max Logsdail) are on deck(s) providing you with a healthy dose of rhythmic vibrations. Just a couple of low down dirty crate diggers presenting you with some of the treasures they’ve unearthed over the past decade. We’ll be turning the lights down low and getting deep until the early hours.
