Join us for our first party of the year as Social Records Society returns to The Carpet Shop in Peckham!
We're kicking off with one of the UK’s most respected club-based polymaths, the DJ, promoter and Eglo Records head-honcho Alexander Nut. Having honed his skills at London’s legendary Plastic People nightclub, Alex's unique musical vision has seen him play to some of the best dance floors around the globe and serving airwaves for well over a decade on the legendary Rinse FM and NTS.
As an avid record collector, uninhibited by tempo or time zone, his expansive taste and knowledge draws heavy on influences from House, Soul, Hip Hop, Jazz, Broken Beat, Reggae and Funk.
As always, our residents will be keeping things rolling throughout the night too and as always - vinyl only.
