Low Visibility presents DIVERGENCE, a three floor experience with a techno floor, an ambient floor featuring live sets, immersive installations, two full bars, and a rooftop outdoor smoking area.
Prepare to melt as we welcome Shifted (UK), of Avian. Founded in 2011, his label Avian (and extensions Drifting Over, Mira and Pacific-Blue) have been described as ‘consistently cutting edge and sometimes unclassifiable, often leaving behind lucrative areas they help build interest in for lesser-explored sounds. Shifted is going to be top class.
Centrific (MN) from Intellephunk, who is regarded as one of the godfathers of the Minneapolis techno community and brains behind The Great Beyond, is going to serve it up in a way that only Midwest OGs can deliver. DJing throughout the Midwest for nearly two decades, he's also been throwing some of Minneapolis’ best parties under the name Intellephunk for 15+ years.
We round out the techno floor with the legendary Smartbar Resident Shaun J. Wright, who is exhilarating dance floors worldwide as a DJ and is featured on several acclaimed releases. Born and raised in Chicagoland, Shaun J. Wright spent most of their teen years immersed in the sounds of house music, so this techno night will bring out something unique.
Local support from Inquilab to warm up the techno floor.
The ambient floor will feature live sets from Kobe Dupree, Itsï Ramirez, Leaf Miner, Fog Horn, Linda and Liquid City Motors.
