- Last year, after a long year hiatus, Glasgow’s notorious party starters Optimo revived their legendary party series “Until the Music Stops”, a party designed for a blend of aural care and pure chaos in the capital. It will return to London's best new club in recent years, FOLD, on Friday 10th May. If you’ve ever made it down to any of the duo’s Until the Music Stops sessions, then you'll already know the score. If this is new to you: it's Optimo’s JD Twitch and JG Wilkes on the decks all night, a whole bunch of killer music and a few hundred of London's soundest music lovers in the thick of it on the dance floor. Instead of the whole big, multi room club situation (with a line-up poster so cramped up you need a magnifying glass to see the names), “Until The Music Stops” is all about the intimate, iniquitous party experience that takes you back to clubbing at it’s essence. One room, a world class soundsystem and 2 selectas going at it from midnight-6am. So yes, you’ll need to get your Weetabix in pronto and witness the journey in it’s entirety. This is going to be a special night as Optimo make their FOLD debuts in style...
