Bend&Shake is a multi-genre queer party run by women and non-binary people of the Global Majority. EVERYONE is welcome, but this event aims to provide a safer space for women, non-binary people, trans people, asylum seekers and QIPOC. In its second year running, Bend&Shake guarantees an inclusive party with a music policy that keeps you on the dance floor.
Joining us for this Bend&Shake are twin sister DJ and violin duo Kintra. They are not to be missed.
As usual, we will provide music that doesn't just stick to the idea of what "queer culture" is; and with two floors of music, we cater for most. Upstairs, music will range from R&B, House, Disco, Pop, Drum & Bass, Neo Soul, House, and more. Downstairs, think Electro, Techno, Donk, Jungle, Hardcore, Dubstep, Trance, and more.
Tickets are £14+bf in advance and £17 on the door. We also have some advance concession tickets available for £11+bf. The venue is wheelchair accessible but the access toilet is located downstairs on the other side of the dance floor from the entrance point.. And as always, any bad behaviour and you will be asked to leave immediately.
