- Tonight, the top floor opens with Brooklyn’s Ma Sha, who has been exciting and invigorating our local scene since she burst on to it in 2017 with her Kindergarten party series and label, a Lot Radio residency, countless releases, and indescribably perfect mixes. With techno as her guide, she twists and turns through brooding breaks, slippery basslines and splintery synths for the otherworld club vibe of our dreams. Next up, enters fellow Brooklynite, Loka, who’s own brand of techno is incredibly dynamic, built upon stupefying percussion and astral rhythms that launch listeners into the next day. Closing it down is London’s Manni Dee who is certainly known as a purveyor of blistering techno and searing industrial grit, but the producer/DJ has more in his bag. Production stents for the rock outfit The Horrors and downtempo leaning Daniel Avery added a new level to his canon, bringing forward more intensified, affecting sets that hit you deep. On the bottom floor, NYC rising stars Din. and Connor Wrong carry weight, with sets built upon bold breaks, vintage trance, atmospheric psychedelia and more nostalgia-inducing flares.
