Omar Sのレーベル、FXHEからデビューシングルをリリースした16歳の時から、デトロイトのハウス・シーンに現れた新世代アーティストとして注目を集める。11歳の頃にデトロイトのDJ Raybone JonesからDJを学び、Rick WilhiteやMike Huckabyのサポートを受け、10代前半にはすでにラジオやクラブパーティーに出演していた。2008年にレーベル、Wild Oatsを立ち上げて以来コンスタントに作品を自主発表する。ファーストアルバム『The Boat Party』がResident Advisor Top 20 Albums of 2013にて10位に選ばれ、ハウスの枠を超えエレクトロニック・ミュージックの未来を担う才能として認められている。Steven Julien and Kyle Hall（FunkinEvil)としてのコラボレーションや、新たなレーベル 、Forget The Clockからの自身の作品のリリースを精力的に続け、2024年春に最新アルバム『TRANSMISSIONS』をリリースする。
Kyle Hall is an American electronic music producer and DJ from Detroit, Michigan. He began making music at a young age and rose to prominence in the late 2000s and early 2010s with a series of critically acclaimed releases that combined classic Detroit techno and house influences with his own unique style.
Hall's music is characterized by its warm, soulful sound and intricate rhythmic patterns, drawing on a wide range of influences from jazz and funk to hip-hop and beyond. He has released music on a number of prominent labels in the electronic music world, including Hyperdub, Apron, and his own imprints, Wild Oats & Forget The Clock.
In addition to his work as a producer, Hall is also a skilled DJ and has performed at clubs and festivals around the world, building a loyal following among fans of underground dance music. His contributions to the Detroit electronic music scene have helped to keep the city's musical legacy alive and inspire a new generation of artists
