- PLEASE READ: Tickets This is a 21+ event that is BYOB! Sobriety is encouraged, not required. Complimentary ice water will be provided. Please bring your own drinking vessel for the water to reduce single use packaging waste. We are offering honor-system tiered tickets for this event. There are only so many at each price point, so please select the price that is best for your personal needs and budget. If you are able and willing to purchase a higher priced ticket it will allow us to offer more lower priced tickets for those in need. Tickets: Tier 1 $20 Tier 2 $25 Tier 3 $30 Tier 4 $35 Limited door $40 We've allocated a selection of tickets for individuals unable to afford them. In exchange, we kindly request that you schedule a volunteer opportunity through HzM at a local nonprofit organization that resonates with HzM's values. Local talents Shanti and follidh will set the floor ablaze while Omnia Sol takes charge of the mesmerizing visuals. Hosting the evening is Detroit's techno barbie, Etta. Join us for an illuminating night you do not want to miss! lumina in latin means literally ‘opening’. It is also translated “to light, to illuminate, to shine, to enlighten”. Dance has always been an activity to connect with one another, nature, earth, ancestors, the universe, and what you may call God. When we experience a blockage or a traumatic incident in our mind, body, or soul, dance can be the medium to express what is ‘hidden’ within and become a therapeutic, transformational, and holistic practice. Dance has numerous health benefits and research continues to demonstrate the positive benefits of dance on longevity and overall well-being. Moreover dance improves strength, stamina, cardiovascular function, balance and harmony in body, mind, and heart; decreases stress, improves immune system function, and promotes emotional and psychological well-being. It also heightens coordination and adaptability in unexpected circumstances, something that adds a great value in the contemporary and fast-paced lives we are currently living. THEME - Gods and Goddesses (Encouraged Dress) In a realm where mortal forms fade into myth, you must conceal your mortal essence to blend among the divine ruling class of gods and goddesses. Come adorned in shimmering gold, silver, or any divine materials (let your imagination soar!). Envision a celestial aesthetic with an ethereal twist - transcend your earthly guise and embrace the divine. HzM HzM, short for Frequency Ministry, is a collaborative effort dedicated to delivering unrestrained music infused with passion. Ministries aim to serve the broader public interest, tackle societal challenges, and foster the holistic growth and welfare of individuals, communities, and the nation. HzM welcomes all. We curate environments and moments that unite people. In our vision, the future of culture transcends genres, embracing only transformative music that inspires the belief in a brighter world. Zero Tolerance At HzM, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and safe environment for all attendees. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior. We strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy the music and festivities without fear of intimidation or harm. Any violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may involve legal action. We believe in promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and mutual appreciation for music, and we expect all attendees to uphold these values throughout the event. Leave No Trace We believe in enjoying the rhythm and beats responsibly. As you dance the night away, please remember to clean up after yourself, ensuring our environment stays pristine and vibrant. Let's groove responsibly and leave only footprints on the dance floor! Security and Safety HzM has a professional security team on hand accompanied by Chicago Recovery Alliance. CRA is an onsite care team dedicated to helping with a variety of harm reduction issues, substance testing, and/or mediation. Complimentary masks, ear plugs, Narcan, fentanyl test strips, safe use information, and safe sex materials will be available. Let us work together to keep each other safe. If anyone or anything makes you feel unsafe while attending, please look out for security with an LED wristband, or go to anyone on staff, and they will help you out. There are two designated entrances/exits available for use: Main Entrance/Exit: Located at the front of the venue, this is where you'll enter and exit. Smoking is permitted in this area. If you leave for a smoke break, please ensure you have your reentry stamp. Kindly avoid congregating in large groups or lingering in this vicinity. We ask that all attendees respect the venue and refrain from causing any disturbances. Emergency Exit: Situated to the left of the restroom facilities, this exit is strictly reserved for emergencies and is accessible to staff members only. Unauthorized access to this area during non-emergency situations, without the appropriate wristband, will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. Such actions may also lead to legal repercussions.
