深淵なる闇の世界に浮かびあがり、救いの道を照らす電気菩薩。
中国北京出身のDJ 「TEI TEI」が主催するこのパーティーは90年代のクラブ黎明期を思わせる個性的なインスピレーションとクリエイティビティによって、東京のZ世代を中心にしたフリークスの中で大きな話題になっている。
今回、初めてとなる OPEN AIR は、レイブの原点ともいえる音楽性と精神性を表現するため、新緑の美しいゴールデンウィーク5月4日（みどりの日）・5日（こどもの日）に開催される。
会場は様々な音楽イベントの開催実績のある、川崎工業地帯「ちどり公園」だが、過去に類を見ない空間演出が予定されている。
ファーストラインナップでは、スウェーデンの Sanaton Records など影響力のあるレーベルからリリースを重ねる「Whrikk」を招聘、また SECRET GUEST のほか、国内からは UNDERCOVER 2019A/W での音楽を担当する「MARS89」や、昨年には 1万発の打ち上げ花火 に合わせた DJ SET をみせた「ZEN ○」、アメリカ・ネバダ州の砂漠で開催される バーニングマン などでのDJ経験を持つ「DANA NADA」、今や2000人を超えるビッグパーティーとなった Brightness 主催の「TAICHI KAWAHIRA」、近年の東京アンダーグランド・テクノシーンで注目を集めるフィメールDJ「EVE」「Lisa Mizuno」などが発表され、今回のフルラインナップ発表では、近年関東のレイブシーンで目覚ましい活躍を見せる武蔵野美術大学出身のアーティスト・パーティーオーガナイザー「TOPIA」、昨年8月 HOR での DJ SETが話題になっている 北九州 alpha の「YSK」、Boiler Room などのプラットフォームからMIXが公開されている「MAYUDEPTH」、世界各地で繰り広げられるマジカルパーティー LiQUiD 創設者二人によるテクノユニット「+a」、イラストレーターとしても活躍する「JUN INAGAWA」など、生々しく驚くべき世界観を表現するアーティストや、国境を超える表現集団「THE ESCAPIST」や、東京のクラブシーンを牽引してきた「clubasia」による サポート 、個性的な Market など充実したホスピタリティが発表された。

Organaized by DJ 'TEI TEI' from Beijing, China, this party has become a major talking point amongst Tokyo's Generation Z and other freaks due to its unique inspiration and creativity reminiscent of the early days of clubbing in the 90s.
For the first time, OPEN AIR will be held on 4 and 5 May (Greenery Day) and 5 May (Children's Day) during the beautiful Golden Week holidays in order to express the musicality and spirituality of the rave's origins.
The venue is Chidori Park in the Kawasaki Industrial Zone, where various music events have been held in the past, but an unprecedented spatial presentation is planned.
The first line-up includes 'Whrikk', who have released on influential labels such as Sweden's Sanaton Records, as well as 'MARS89', who will be in charge of music for UNDERCOVER 2019A/W from Japan.
