Opening the top floor is DJ and classically trained dancer Mui Mui, whose dance roots and rhythmic cognizance shine bright in her buttery smooth transitions through deep house selections. Following her enters Detroit-born, Berlin-based x3butterfly. This real minstrel of mayhem takes listeners through the unabashed edges of club music, playing wildly with jungle, drum and bass, R&B, dubstep, and techno for a sonic story you’ve never heard before. To end the night we welcome Serbian-born producer/DJ and Riviera Records boss X-Coast, who has steadily been accruing props for his effortless ability to breezily blend old school rave stylings into tropicalia and lo-fi house for sets or pure elation.
