- After a long absence from London shores, Habibi Funk is back with an intimate party at the brand new high tech Outernet based venue The Lower Third on Friday 10th May… This small 200 capacity venue will take Habibi Funk back to where it started for one night only: an intimate get together for the genuine music lovers, deep diggers and audiophiles alike. The Habibi Funk label focuses on reissuing Arab funk and electronic records from across the decades. As seen on Boiler Room, Habibi Funk DJ sets effotlessly switches between rare records from the wider Arab disapora - and contemporary sounds heavily influenced by the rich musical history of the continent (spanning across hip-hop, funk, disco, RnB and more). The label will welcome a hand picked selection of friends and family to the decks, alongside Habibi Funk’s head honcho, on the night. With this being such an intimate party, priority access to tickets will be given exclusively to our London family that RSVP.
