Outlandish Festival 是一組發跡於越南的地下派對廠牌，以迷幻、超現實、音色拼貼為核心美學，結合各類電子音樂流派包含 House, Techno, Dub, Disco, Ambient 等。幕後黑手為來自加拿大的藝術團隊 Bloom，在越南河內耕耘地下文化多年，經營藝術聚落、咖啡廳、Livehouse，同時邀請來自歐洲、美洲的藝術家與亞洲音樂人相互交流。策辦一系列展覽、音樂祭、以及他們著名的地下藝術派對。今年他們將首度將狂野的越南 Underground 文化推廣至東南亞各地主要城市，台北也成為了其中一站。
Outlandish Festival 將自五月起在河內、金邊、胡志明市登陸，台北站將在西門町真善美頂樓的 Studio 9 來一場日落派對。
除了體驗正宗越南地下派對文化， Outlandish 也邀請到來自英國、奧地利、瑞典、加拿大等地的迷幻音樂人齊聚一堂，結合視覺與聽覺的雙重迷幻饗宴，迎接五月份的第一場的頂樓派對。

Outlandish Festival - the space base of psychedelia in the region has landed. Bloom & Outlandish will present over the next months a cross country intergalactic adventure from Hanoi, Phnom Penh, Taipei, Saigon, and finally to Hoa Binh, Vietnam to wrap our psychegalactic journey!
Our next stop in the sonic galaxy is Studio 9- a well known emitter of hyper frequencies in the Taiwan & Asia Region. Studio 9 Terrace will be the Antennae to receive warped satellite transmissions from our Vietnam, Swedish, Taiwan space stations up above.
Get ready to digest the groovy sounds of our cosmonauts via Ambient, Psych, House, Techno, Disco, and Experimental - with lazers, smoke, and city views.

Outlandish Festival is a wonderland of exploration of sound, art and nature. The synthesis of nineties rave culture colliding with sixties psychedelia in an artistic paradise in Hoa Binh, Vietnam. Outlandish wishes to bring you on an experience like no other in Vietnam.
Exploring the uniquely designed space of Gam Troi Valley, you will not find anywhere that resembles- across the world - with two exquisite pools, a relaxing river separating the day stages and night stages - hundred foot tall sculptures looming overtop the trees - and beautiful accommodation, with unbelievable views of the Hoa Binh Valley.
For a tight knit group of kindred spirits - you will be able to revel in the wonder of three stages of live music, electronic, performance art and artistic experimentation - a world class art exhibition in a gallery hidden in the hillside - and an immersive art world throughout many acres of natural dreamscape.
Outlandish showcases diversity in the scene, and looks to represent the colors of the music and arts scene in Vietnam, Asia and the world. You can expect sounds of spacey funk, experimental grooves, balearic jams, and psychedelic licks, and glitzy house, techno, and bass.
