He's also an internationally best-known DJ and producer beyond his hometown of Detroit because of his excellent DJ skills. Last but not least he has also contributed to the Motor City electronic music scene with his own vinyl imprints Soiree Records International and X-Plor Music from early "Passion Nouveau" times on over the past 32 years in his own unmistakable way. Giving the specific term "Late-Nite-Deep-Intelligent-Body-Music" a completely independent position within the Detroit House and Techno context.
