- All proceeds go to CADUS e.V. and Doctors Without Borders, who provide much-needed medical and psychological aid in Gaza. There will be a bad weather alternative & awareness team in the garden! TOYS - radically playful. Free from constraints, solidary, queer, feminist, anti-war, anti-racist, anti-discriminatory and musically versatile - between house, dub, techno, bass, acid, trance and ambient. Just no testosterone-fuelled big room techno or dull, uniform house mash. With TOYS Berlin, we want to create and maintain an open space where everyone can be. Dance. Be free. Cuddle up. Celebrate music, generosity and solidarity. As TOYS Berlin, we’ve thrown fundraiser parties at ://about blank since 2017, raising tens of thousands of € for NGOs fighting against racism and working with refugees like Amal Nonprofit, ROSA Rolling Safespace, ProAsyl, Women in Exile, Sea-Watch, Medico International, Woman* Life Freedom Collective, Tubman Network, Luftbrücke Kabul, Mission Lifeline, Doctors without borders, Kältebus Berlin, Lara e. V. & City Plaza refugee hotel. For our next fundraiser party on May 26th, we will show our solidarity with those affected by the war in Gaza by donating all proceeds to CADUS e.V. and Doctors Without Borders, who provide much-needed medical and psychological aid in Gaza. We need to be united in our call for a permanent ceasefire, an end to violence, and the release of all hostages now! We strongly believe that this won’t happen through more division, polarization or violence. Hatred never ceases with hatred! If we are divided, the fascists win. Enough with the polarization! Enough with the violence! Let’s stand together for peace & self-determination, against all racism, antisemitism, queerphobia, and sexism! Stop the war, stop the hunger, stop the terror, stop the hatred, stop the atrocities! Permanent ceasefire now! We want everyone to feel safe and do NOT tolerate sexist, racist, antisemitic transphobic or any discriminatory behavior of any kind. Report any kind of problem at any time at the bar, awareness personnel or at the entrance. Please take care of each other. This party aims to be a safer space of personal and musical expression for everyone regardless of their gender, race, sexuality, (dis)ability, religion, class, age or body type. It is not a place for sexism, discrimination, queer-/trans-/homophobia, body shaming, misogynic behaviour, unwanted touching, sexual harassment, or violence. Please make sure there is consent before approaching any physical contact. If you should observe or experience an inappropriate situation, please don't hesitate to let the promoters/ bouncers/ bar staff know and it will be swiftly dealt with. There will be an additional awareness crew in reflective vests.
