- 6月30日，NU-S3RVO伺服器將於宀呈現當代藝術展覽及電子音樂活動——“朧”，共有十三組藝術家和音樂人帶來包括裝置、繪畫、實驗音樂等媒介的藝術和音樂現場。 當不同偏振方向的光波相互干涉導致光波的相位和振幅發生變化時，便會引起圖像的朦朧。在這一主題之下，本次“朧”的展覽部分共有七位藝術家將在現場帶來他們的當代藝術作品。參展藝術家包括：Ash Zing、王韞琛、管博揚、萬希玄(Heiyuen)、NENGHUO、劉鈺飛、周昉。 在活動的現場，來自杭州的數字媒體藝術家、先鋒音樂人管博揚將帶來他的Live Set，而宀的旗下藝人Xiaolin則將帶來她的Ambient Live Set。本地聲音藝術家Chet Bleed將帶來他的聲音裝置，由Pete和Rain組成的實驗音樂二人組將會進行自由即興的表演。 活動當晚，來自NU-S3RVO的Heiyuen、Kousei和Pete將接管宀的舞池，帶領觀眾進入迷幻和沈醉的朦朧世界。更有活躍在香港本地的BUSIYBOI加入，為夜晚增添更獨特的律動。 On June 30th, the NU-S3RVO will present a contemporary art exhibition and electronic music event entitled "朧" at 宀. The program will feature thirteen distinguished groups of artists and musicians, presenting a diverse array of artistic expressions spanning installations, paintings, and experimental musical compositions. The concept of "朧" derives from the optical phenomenon wherein light waves of varying polarization angles intersect, inducing alterations in both phase and amplitude, resulting in a visual haze. Under this thematic framework, the exhibition segment of "朧" will spotlight the works of seven eminent artists, including Ash Zing, Wang Yunchen, Guan Boyang, Heiyuen Man, NENGHUO, Liu Yufei, and Zhou Fang, showcased live on-site. In the midst of the event, Hangzhou-based digital media artist and avant-garde musician Guan Boyang will present his dynamic Live Set, complemented by Xiaolin's evocative Ambient Live Set. Local sound artist Chet Bleed will unveil his immersive sound installation, while the experimental music duo, comprised of Pete and Rain, will captivate audiences with their spontaneous improvisations. On the night of the event, NU-S3RVO's Heiyuen, Kousei, and Pete will take over the dance floor at 宀, guiding attendees through an immersive journey into the enigmatic and mesmerizing realm of "朧". Additionally, the inclusion of BUSIYBOI, a prominent figure in Hong Kong's local music scene, promises to infuse the night with distinctive rhythmic textures, enhancing the overall experience. She is also the founder of the independent label NU-S3RVO. She graduated from the School of Experimental Art and Technology Art at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and is currently taking a master degree in Contemporary Art Curation at the same institution. Heiyuen's artistic endeavors primarily center around post-colonial perspectives, employing sound media and natural elements as pivotal creative motifs to delve into the contemporary transformation of traditional Chinese culture. When DJing, he passionately engages in reimagining different primal club elements to craft a purely enjoyable groove. With a tapestry woven from the threads of musical diversity and boundless creativity, he gifts each denizen of the dance floor an unparalleled odyssey, a journey of music indescribable. In the year 2021, Pete and his visionary comrades forged "Program," an underground sanctuary of rapturous revelry, where the fusion of beats and boundless bliss reign supreme. In these tumultuous times, they carve out a space where music becomes a vessel of liberation and unadulterated ecstasy. Inspired by the avant-garde musings of luminaries like John Cage, Pete fearlessly ventures into uncharted sonic territories, pushing the boundaries of conventional thought.
