Jon Billick (ESUOH Records, theBasement Discos) marks his California debut for an intimate evening of selects at Sound by the Sea.

As a DJ, Jon started in New York, having held a three-year residency at the West Village underground hub, Le Souk. Each week Jon played alongside some of the city’s best homegrown talent like Todd Terry and DJ Dove. Over the last decade, Jon has continued to play in events across the U.S. and Europe, including the Amsterdam Dance Event, Sisyphos (Berlin), Elsewhere (NYC), and Flash (Washington DC); opening up the floor or closing the night for headliners like Doc Martin, Mateo & Matos, and Cinthie.
As a producer, Jon has released a handful of EPs, singles and remixes on various labels around the world. His most recent release is an EP titled ‘Believe’ on Spanish label theBasement Discos, both tracks have been supported by notable names like Brian Tappert and ManyFew, as well as being featured on the Toolroom Records Radioshow.
Jon’s prior productions have been supported by Kerri Chandler, Riva Starr, and Josh Butler. His 2018 release ‘Down’ was featured on the Defected Radio Show, hosted by Sam Divine. With multiple new releases due out this year, Jon’s work both in the studio and on the decks, keep him an in demand name by record labels and DJs alike.
