- Future Sound of Nature Festival is a regenerative electronic music festival celebrating the people and ecosystems of the Catskills and Hudson Valley. A weekend of dancing to local DJs, listening to local electronic artists, eating delicious local food, nurturing local connections and stewarding local habitats — leaving the community and land better than we found them. Come for the weekend or just a day or night. Sunday is family day and includes nature programming for all ages. LOCATION: Nestled in the foothills of the Catskills Mountains, Locust Grove is a magical oasis featuring a swimming hole with a waterfall, a gorgeous lawn for day parties, an indoor nightclub, and acres of spectacular land to relax, recharge and explore. Our goal is simple: to nourish the web that interconnects us. We are a community of artists, musicians and nature lovers, cultivating a habitat for electronic music, creative work and community events that channel the voices and sounds of nature as co-creator. We're here to help humans remember that we are all part of Earth’s beautiful interconnected web of life, and it's up to us to take care of it. WE ARE ALL NATURE!
