PELADA
Pelada, comprised of singer Chris Vargas and producer Tobias Rochman, emerged from Montreal's underground warehouse rave scene in 2014, gaining recognition after uploading tracks to Soundcloud. Their collaboration merges urgent Spanish language vocals with themes of power, control, and social justice, accompanied by hardware samplers, synths, and drum machines. Their distinctive sound has led them to perform in diverse settings, from opening entire tours for traditional punk acts like Iceage and Shame, to performing live during peak times at techno clubs such as Berghain.
Ana Pacheco
Ana Pacheco's path has been marked by a sublime evolution. She has always shown a peculiar taste and a less obvious eye for different aesthetic universes. We noticed early on that she had an inclination for slow, immersive music, distant from the usual norms of dance music. Recently, with an active and broad agenda, she has been shaping a unique and deeply profound sound. Obscure jams, between slow and rave with post-punk influences, through which she guides the audience with care and mastery.
