Muzan is delighted to announce that next Wednesday we’ll be holding a party with Sybil, one of our favorite sonic explorers in recent years. Equally adept at playing both techno and ambient, Sybil’s DJing style is both patient and propulsive, carefully developing zones of sound that envelop and energize the listener. Her mixes on such platforms as Monument, Crack Magazine, and Patterns of Perception are wildly enjoyable lessons on how to balance both slow tension building and irresistible momentum. As you can imagine, we are absolutely thrilled to be hosting her next week at Osaka’s Area – and with the support of two of our favorite DJs – MOMO and DJ Morita. So please join us for a night of deep and immersive techno with some of the best selectors we know.
