Unhuman [Bite Records / Liber Null Records]
Unhuman is the Berlin-based electronic and experimental project of Manos Simotas.
He is also the founder of Liber Null Berlin, which has played a critical role of unifying the freedom of arts in a conceptual event in the scene and also operates as a record label. Expanding beyond Berlin, Liber Null held events with performance arts and music all around the world, including Athens, Paris, Tokyo, Seoul and beyond.
Started in 2012 in Athens with his first release “Emperor Black”, on tape, he evolved through different genres, ultimately finding his own unique voice in experimental and dark electronics. Keeping his roots in post-punk, Unhuman released on labels such as BITE, L.I.E.S. records, Instruments Of Discipline, Veleno Viola, Amok Tapes and Strange Therapy. A regular mainstay of major clubs in Berlin, Unhuman has performed all around Europe, Asia and South America and holds the artist in residency at Constant Value in Seoul, South Korea.
Currently Unhuman holds residencies at the infamous Khidi Club in Tbilisi/Georgia and Olam Collective in Bratislava.
Biliguudei
Biliguudei is the first Mongolian DJ who has performed in Berlin, Beijing and Shanghai, as well as an event organizer, promoter and pioneer for the Mongolian techno underground music scene.
In 2006, he started DJ-ing in Mongolia. While he was studying in Beijing, he established KONTROL in 2007 with his three friends and played under this name.In 2014, Biliguudei went back to school in Beijing, and while he was studying, he met many influential DJs, including Weng Weng, as known as the godfather of Beijing's underground music scene, who contributed to his career to a great extent. He played regularly in Lantern Club in Beijing, which was founded by Weng Weng. In 2015, he joined with Plus Records in Japan as well as founded Majesty together with three other friends. Since then, Majesty has organised and promoted many high-profile events in Mongolia and invited internationally renowned DJs such as Ken Ishii, Electric Rescue, Weng Weng, Mickey Zhang, Martin Eyerer, Stefan Goldmann, Jeremy Cheung, Hu Yang, Jackson Lee, M.in.T and Nigls to Mongolia.
Biliguudei recently completed Electronic Music School in Berlin in 2017. In 2018, he had a tour of Beijing and Shanghai's top underground clubs, such as Lantern Club (Beijing), Aurora Club (Beijing), The Mansion (Shanghai), Celia (Shanghai), C's Bar (Shanghai), etc. In the summer of 2018 his own label "The Majesty Mongolia" and "Beijing Mai Ai Community ltd" are successfully organized China's largest underground festival " INTRO MUSIC FESTIVAL in his hometown in 2018 with International 10 artists such as Bloody Mary, Sodeyama, MIIIA, Elvis T aka HWA, Mickey Zhang, Weng Weng, Soolee, Mantas.T, Ouassim, Jon etc.
