ZAP outdoorz is the DMV's electronic and punk campout taking place on labor day weekend (8.30-9.1). The point of the festival is to celebrate our community by setting it against a natural landscape. Weekend highlights include a pool party takeover, lakeside tunes, DJs until sunrise, and punk bands smashed in the middle of it all. The ethos of ZAP is homegrown and hand-spun.
IMPORTANT: This is an event free of harassment of any kind. Any form of hateful behavior is not tolerated here. “Yes” means yes and “no” means no. Pay attention to people’s signals and learn their boundaries.
