About OLIVIER DESMET
A San Francisco transplant from Belgium, Amenti Music label owner Olivier Desmet is a 20 year veteran behind the decks, having played to packed venues from Sydney to Tokyo and from London to Miami. He’s also a world-renowned producer and remixer, with over 50 releases on labels such as Strictly Rhythm, King Street, Om Records, and of course Amenti Music. December 2010 marks the release of Olivier’s new DJ mix and compilation “Destination: San Francisco” – a worthy follow up to his massively successful DJ mix CD “San Francisco Sessions Volume 6”, released in 2008 on Om Records.
Olivier will embark on a world-wide tour in support of the release, with extensive North American dates planned for winter and spring 2011, and with European and Asian visits in the summer of 2011.
