  • On Saturday 12th March Motion returns to The WorkShop for another massive night playing the best in tech house, progressive and techno. We bring you not one but two of the biggest rising stars in production - Ryan Luciano and Justin Steel. Both enjoyed a fantastic year in 2010 with the likes of the legendary Sasha championing their music. Joining them will be Motion residents Sam Hedworth & Darren Lee Fenton, who will be playing one of their trademark back to back Motion sets. Anyone who has been to Motion before will know that these guys really tear up the dance floor with their blend of tech house, progressive and techno. Expect another beast of a set! And completing the line-up we welcome back DJ’s K & Mr. F from Shoreditch club night SubGenus. Last time they played a fantastic deep techno warm up set. Expect more of the same! With a new extended finishing time of 5am it promises to be one hell of a party!!! See you on the dance floor! Ryan Luciano Ryan Luciano a DJ / Producer / Remixer currently located in the South East of the UK who has been currently busy producing house music for the last three years. Ryan has been adding his unique elements to his remixes to labels worldwide, labels such as Hype Muzik, Stripped Digital, Endemic, Low Bit Records, We Are Here Records and of course Divert to name a few, and now he is concertrating on his own new label 'Divert' which has many releases in the queue which are ready for release very soon. In fact his first release 'Le Freak' with 'Divert' got signed by Carl Cox's Space Ibiza Album [Revolution Continues] this year. Ryan's time is dedicated mostly in his studio at his home creating his next moves into the music industry. It has been a success that is well deserved though, as the London \ South East Producer believe's he's come along way as he has always been so dedicated to his creativity throughout his production work, trying to create a unique electronic tech sound that stands out from his peers with building melodies that take far longer than the usual eight bars to unfold. Ryan has always been totally devoted to his electronica music for many years, being inspired b mant big djs across the globe and following big nights such as Global Underground, Renaissance & Bedrock being his favourites. Ryan has been djing for many years on and off and most of the time he is concertrating on his remix work which has become more of a priorty. Ryan's style of djing can only be described as multi genre as he will play anything from ambient electronica house, tribal, tech, progressive, techno. He's latest success this year was a signing to Carl Cox's Space Ibiza Album 'Revolution Continues 2010' and also Sasha including a Remix of Ryan's which was 'Istanbul' [Stripped Digital] onto his April 2010 Podcast as well as playing it non-stop in Mexico and Miami this year. Ryan's Productions & Remixes are gaining recognition and support from some of the worlds top DJ's. Including Sasha / John Digweed / Hernan Cattaneo / Nick Warren / Anthony Pappa / Anil Chawla & Jimmy Van M and thats just naming a few. Ryan has played at many events around the globe all starting back in 94' but mostly played in London UK that's where he's main success has been, including many nights at Turnmills & Ministry of Sound with monthly gigs booked. Ryan has had a few of his own nights in London with nights such as 'Twisted' and 'Lets Connect' with both nights having a real successful run until he stopped doing them to move onto Production. Ryan's Productions & Remixes are now gaining recognition and support from some of the industry's top DJ's. Including Sasha / Digweed / Hernan Cattaneo / Nick Warren / Anthony Pappa / Anil Chawla & Jimmy Van M to name a few. Justin Steel 'With his style firmly meshed in all things deep, this is one DJ who can make you feel like you’re on a sun drenched beach in Ibiza or the pits of a dark club about to lose your sanity!' Quote: Progressive-sounds.com Justin has supported some of the industries top DJ's in a career spanning 10 years playing in clubs such as Turnmill's, Ministry of Sound and Pacha. His production talents have also come to the fore with major support for his work coming from the likes of Sasha, Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaneo.
