• While the Conference and workshops are women only, men are invited to attend the Mobile Dance Party and evening programs.
9am-12noon Music Maker Workshops
12:30-2pm Mobile Dance Party. If i can't dance i don't want to be part of your revolution! Meet at Broadway Skytrain, head down Commercial Drive. It's the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day so we'll rock the streets with a Mobile Dance Party with some of your favourite DJs down Commercial Drive! then back to W2 Storyeum for the Conference with 150 women and amazing guests.
2-8pm Conference & Reception
8:00-10:30 Evening Event features Peaches keynote talk, Tanya Tagaq, Cris Derksen, JB The First Lady and First Nations hip hop artists. Also presenting are Vancouver women writers, programmed in association with W2's Real Vancouver Writers Series (curated by Nikki Reimer and Sean Cranbury.)
