WOW!! What a time of it we’ve had!!
As if returning from Ibiza isn’t bad enough anyway… then you receive a call saying “We’ve decided you can’t use our factory now!†“Why?†I naturally replied. “The landlord has changed his mind!†Said the voice representing the most unprofessional person we’ve ever dealt with. As you can imagine… CUE PANIC STATIONS!!
That was 3pm yesterday afternoon, 10 days before one of the most eagerly awaited parties of the year!
With coaches travelling far and wide from Newcastle, Sheffield, Birmingham and more - not to mention our unbelievable Leicester crowd who we could never leave stranded SONiDO-less on a Bank Holiday Sunday!!
Since that moment, we have searched high and low for a space we could blow you away with at such short notice. Working non-stop to bring you the kind of party that brought us all together in the first place!!
This morning at 11am… we were all set to unfortunately cancel the event… and then it happened!
THE ROOFTOP
By stroke of genius, and handful of help and a dash of luck… we have located a Rooftop close to the city centre, surrounded by buildings and hidden away from onlookers, creating a cauldron effect more than ready to surpass boiling point!!
So, get your party heads firming on… cause we’re back on course and this is now going to be a party to remember!!

From Mexico and Guatemala respectively the South American duo, now based in Barcelona, forged a partnership within the Digital Delight family back in 2008 and haven’t looked back since!
After celebrating individual releases on Hot Creations, One Records, Affin and Physical Gravity the pair now reside firmly on the Jonny White (of Art Department fame) owned label No 19 Music, as well as their own Digital Delight imprint. With fans in the form of Art Department, Lee Foss, Jamie Jones et al, it is difficult to see why the world is watching them with ears wide open!

Any who has previously seen SONiDO favourites before will definitely need no introduction! Back in October they performed one of the best warm-up sets we have probably ever seen for a certain Jamie Jones… then returned in March to do exactly the same for Soul Clap!!
The boys recently took their trademark deep house and disco on tour around America and impressed coasts from East to West. Now with big releases penned in for the coming months, Death On The Balcony are truly one of the finest up and coming acts in the UK if not beyond!
