iNDiGO! continues its residency at top Portsmouth underground venue The Barn.
This month we welcome not one, but two guests for your entertainment!
First up is Assembly Records boss Brett Lawrence, it's been nearly 15 years since Brett Lawrence emerged on the UK scene as a DJ, producer and now label owner. Over the years Brett has proven that it’s not just his music that makes him such a valuable asset to the house music community but his total dedication to the cause. Whether organizing events or discovering new talent for his label.
Our second guest is emerging talent Sam Franklin, a dj and producer that came highly recommended and is talked about in the same way a former guest, Jordan Peak was…. From his dj sets, expect to hear deep underground grooves and soulful vocals. With influences from the likes of Kris Wadsworth, Burnski and Robert James, just to name a few. His music selection for his sets is always on point, winding up the groove throughout. Sam has played at a host of respectable clubs, parties and nights, also playing at several large festivals and a few trips across to Europe, including some back to back sets with some influential players in the house scene. As far as production goes, Sam will be releasing his firsts EP in early 2012. The future is bright for this young house producer and definitely one to watch.
We also welcome back resident Josh, fresh from his summer in Ibiza where he held an after party residency, for none other than Candenza!!
Completeing the line up are ever present Stu Bryan and original iNDiGO! resident Larry Dempsey.
