After an incredible 1st birthday celebration that saw MK & Scottie Deep introduce LALOOP into its new home, we are delighted to announce the line-up to our second party of the year.
Introducing:
OKAIN:
Samuel's love affair with electronic music began at an early age, at 15 when he discovered his greatest passion behind the decks . His musical roots come from his black music background, from his clear devotion to soul, jazz and hip-hop. Genres that have formed in Okain an amalgamated style that always, as producer and dj, result in an exquisite groove. Samuel handcrafts long sets of sensual and active sounds, driving forward on a thrilling musical journey.
Okain is a producer who is continuously growing, releasing both solo material and as Handycraft, alongside Paul Ritch. He is a first-choice producer for many labels and has regularly contributed to releases for the likes of Tsuba, Quartz Rec, Bpitch Control and FourTwenty. His music has spanned the globe, from Spain to Japan and Peru to Canada, with Okain himself appearing in major clubs and parties like Fabric in London, Goa in Madrid, Rex Club in Paris, Space in Ibiza and Cocorico in Riccione to name just a few.
As part of his creative projection, he also owns and runs a "vinyl only" label named Lezar. This label never mentions the artist behind the track and it came about due to Okain´s aim to create a niche entirely dedicated to the development of musical ideas.
POL_ON:
Polish exports Pol_On are comprised of Kacper Bogacz and Michal Piotrowski. Kacper is a graduate of the Academy of Jazz Music in Katowice, and a respected Jazz musician. Michal is one of the key players in Warsaw's Techno/House club scene...Having held a stake in top events, festival bookings & productions for years.
The pair began playing parties together in 2007 and quickly discovered a shared musical vision. Over time, the developed their sound, eventually leading to interest from Channels Records. They released their first single "Ranom" in April 2009, then came the EP for Outils Du Connaisseur, as well as releases for Get Physical Music and Mothership Records, with their friends Catz n' Dogz.
The boys have recently released their first EP on Freerange Records; have new material on the PETS label with remixes of Martin Dawson and Adreas Saag; and their Omorp EP on Connaisseur, which has been well received by top DJ's. 2010 sees them busy on the road, in the studio, and a full influx of remixes on Compost Records, Systematic, Plastic City, Upon You, Raw Cutz and many others are keeping Pol_on on their toes and entertaining thoughts of their potential first album...

Leif returns to continue his residency .
Half-Swedish/half British artist Leif is based in the UK. In the past few years, Leif has forged a reputation for his trademark sound - a blend that encompasses elements of deep / tech-house, vocal house, bleepy funk, delicate chord soundscapes and enough garage & chicago-style shuffle to to keep the dancefloor moving.....
Since 2003, he's accumulated releases and remixes on worldwide labels such as Liebe*Detail, Moon Harbour, FINA, Morris Audio, Fear of Flying, Boe Recordings, Frankie recs, Thinner, Mindtours, Textone, Telegraph, Logistic and of course his own label Trimsound.
Leif's sound has taken him all over the world including Tokyo, London, Berlin, Budapest, Munich, Franfurt, Amsterdam, Gothenburg and more. He's known for his dancefloor-freindly DJ sets, which can span a wide variety of sounds from pure deepness through to jackin Chicago house / tech and garage-infused beats.

Ryan Bliss & Ryan Styles are A>D>D - hyperactive connoisseurs of fine underground house music. Unique, colourful & talented - their energy behind the decks is nothing short of infectious.
When they are not in the studio, you can catch them behind the decks at infamous parties like tabula rasa and MUAK. They are as entertaining to watch as they are a pleasure to hear combining extremely technical mixing with carnival style entertainment. With roots in the superb head turning deep house label - Lost My Dog Records - and a residency at tabula rasa, you will be seeing a lot more of these two as they share the decks with an ever growing ‘who’s who’ of house music – a list that includes Milton Jackson, Jimpster, Matt Tolfrey, Maya Jane Coles, Rhythm Plate, Charles Webster and so on and so forth!
