Last DUB CORNER of 2011 and to finish it with a bang, we invited PHYST from the collective JUST THE BASSICS
Drum n Bass & Dubstep DJ from Portugal, now located in London. Started DJing at the age of 16, through Electro and Techno and then moved to Drum n Bass and Dubstep in 2007.
Since then until 2010, Physt, alongside his fellow bass-head Phloss, explored these two genres on a weekly radio show entitled Just the Bassics, playing old, new and unreleased tunes sent from producers from all over the World, including Eastcolors, Beastie Respond and Swarms.
Along his DJing journey, he's played along many DJs, such as dBridge, Survival, Anile, Reso, Document One, DJ Oder, Nuno Forte and many more.
Always presented with a very careful, eclectic and cutting edge selection, along with subtle and progressive mixing, his mixes are always a subtle and exciting journey through the world of electronic bass music
